1. Where do you deliver?

Concierge Service is available only in Amsterdam.

2. When do you deliver?

If the order is placed before 12 PM, we will deliver it the same day in a few hours. Make sure to leave your phone number - we will contact you after we process your order with the exact time of the delivery. Please note that next day priority delivery will happen for orders placed after 12 PM

3. How do you deliver?

We will deliver your order in our premium branded bags, beautifully wrapped in a tissue paper.

4. How to use the service?

When you place an order, select PEONY Courier Service at the checkout, when you fill in the delivery information.
