Order
Once you see a product you love, you can add it to your cart. You may need to choose the size, quantity, or color for some of the products.
After adding desired products, click on the shopping cart to see the overview of your selection.
If everything is correct, click "checkout" and fill in the details for the delivery.
Then, you will be asked to fill in the credit card details or to pay with IDEAL, BanContact, Paypal, etc.
Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation in your email.

It depends on where you are. You can see how long it will take during checkout.
You can always check your delivery status on our website using Chat or Personal Account and by using your tracking number on the delivery provider's website.
If your order is lost or takes a long time to arrive, contact us here.
If your order is canceled, we will contact you immediately to resolve an issue. If you have yet to receive our email, contact us here.
You may receive your purchase in separate packages because we are shipping from two different warehouses.
If the goods were damaged during delivery or they leak, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
After your order has been confirmed, unfortunately, it is impossible to change or cancel your order.
If you still wish to change your order, placing a new order with the correct items and contacting us for a refund after receiving your first package is best.
If you think we made a mistake, contact us, and we will make it right.

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
If your credit card payment is rejected, your order will be automatically canceled. You will have to choose a different card/payment method to pay.
Shipping
Generally, we ship in the Netherlands and EU, but worldwide shipping is also possible.

To ensure you receive the package, it’s best if you’re home to get it. Otherwise, it will be delivered to your neighbour or courier's pick-up point.
Track your order by clicking the tracking number in the emails, or contact us at info@peonybeauty.nl for assistance.
Please ensure to review the delivery address provided in the order confirmation email and use the courier’s tracking number to verify if the package was delivered to your neighbor or a pick-up point.
If the address is incorrect, please refer to the instructions in the next tab and contact info@peonybeauty.nl immediately.
We kindly ask that you double-check and confirm the accuracy of the delivery address and information provided when completing the checkout process.
PEONY cannot be held responsible for any lost packages due to inaccurate delivery information.
If you become aware of an incorrect delivery address, please reach out to us at info@peonybeauty.nl immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue.
Additional charges associated with redirecting the package will need to be covered by the customer. In the event that the address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be located, no refund will be issued.

No. It is not possible.
Please note that we do not offer refunds due to personal dislike. Contact our team with your complaint at info@peonybeauty.nl and we will forward your complaint to the product manufacturer.
We closely monitor all returns to prevent policy abuse. Customers with excessive returns will lose access to this service.

Yes. You can add it during checkout.
You can use it multiple times if there is still a balance on the card.
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Yes. We will redeem the amount back to your gift card or create a new one.
