We deliver our products worldwide, except in a few places where delivery will be available as soon as possible.
Once you reach checkout and enter your destination, you can see if we have delivery options.

The order is processed within 24 hours from the moment it has been accepted. Please note that this can take longer during sales or the holiday season.
If the order is placed on Monday-Friday before 1 PM, we will send it the same day.
If the order is placed on Monday-Friday after 1 PM, it will be sent the next day.
If the order is placed on Saturday-Sunday, it will be sent on Monday.
Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information to see the delivery status. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the items.
You can quickly return purchased items through your account on our website or by contacting us first. If we receive a package with the return without notice, the return will not be accepted.
The packaging should remain unopened, and the seal should be intact.
If the item was open and/or used, we can't make a return due to hygiene reasons.
